 Alors évidemment il y a des métiers où il vaut mieux avoir le diplôme correspondant, médecin par exemple, sinon cela peut poser un vrai problème. Mais de manière générale, n’est-il pas plus important de recruter une expérience et une personnalité plutôt qu’un diplôme ?
